Boot Camps

Want to lose ten pounds? Upset that you get tired after walking for ten minutes? Looking to 'tighten up' after a season of inactivity? There are a number of reasons why boot camps have become so popular. Different camps emphasize different things, and some are more "hardcore" than others. Although Funfit sessions are very difficult, you won't find me barking like a demented Hollywood sergeant. Fitness should be fun. Healthy living is neither work nor a drag, and the benefit of laughter is so much greater than we realize. Besides, if it's fun, you're more likely to stick with it.

I do as much teaching in our camps as I can, and always offer an optional exercise for those who are not quite ready for the high intensity work.

Personal training is not for everyone, but a one month class filled with sweat and laughter and learning, is something we can all enjoy.
