Thrive Fitness

I was standing outside on my break, having a protein shake (of course), when I noticed a beautiful woman about to walk past me. She had long brown hair with understated blue eyes that flickered with intelligence. I worked up the nerve to stop her and we chatted for a few minutes before I finally got around to asking her for her number. It took two weeks of phone tag before we finally had a chance to speak again. A week later we went on our first date. We hit it off that night, and soon enough I fell in love with this beauty. I quickly learned that beneath her quiet exterior was a tremendous competitor, a former elite athlete and staggering academic, where she excelled in the sciences. Those weren't the primary reasons I asked her to marry me, (She said 'yes!') but as true as they were then, they are in even greater evidence now.

Bethany Jacobson has been a personal trainer for a number of years, and holds down two degrees from Queens, along with her Paramedic license. She reads more books on nutrition and fitness than I count, and she's the best trainer I've ever seen. Period. Thankfully, she's started her own blog, where she will address questions and offer insights that go far beyond what you normally see on personal sites. I am not overstating when I say that she knows far more than I ever will, and I have been in the industry for more than a decade. She doesn't post very often, unfortunately, but when she does it's always worth reading.

Obviously, you won't have the pleasure of living with her, but you'll be able to access a true expert in the world of health and fitness. Here's the link to her site. Enjoy!
